Once you login, you will be taken to your Member Menu. You may see red exclamation marks to the left of certain categories. If so, those are categories you have not yet answered. Please answer the questions in those categories. Please keep returning to the Member Menu, then press the refresh button on your browser, until all of the exclamation marks have been eliminated. Once that happens, a special place in heaven will immediately be set aside for you.
We are continually working on our Web site. Most of the errors people were experiencing have been fixed. If you uncover any errors, please e-mail James Mitchell at jmitchell@kensingtonllc.com or call him at (781) 718-1301. If back-and-forth will be required, then a telephone call would be better.
The only serious technical error we are currently aware of is a timeout issue. If you remain logged in for a long period of time, after some period of time, when you save an answer in a Web form, you will receive an error message. You can always just close your browser, start it up again, and then login again. We hope to have this error fixed by May 2009.
You can login using your 9-digit member number or your e-mail address. Do not enter both of them. Instead, enter either your 9-digit member number or your e-mail address, but not both.
